Return & Refund Policy

Booking Payment

  • When booking a caravan rental or holiday package with Ahmad Caravan, customers are required to make a booking payment to secure their reservation.
  • The booking payment is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the following circumstances:

Circumstances for Refund

1. Cancellation by Ahmad Caravan: If Ahmad Caravan cancels a booking for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, double booking, or unavailability of the requested caravan or holiday package, the customer will receive a full refund of the booking payment.

2. Force Majeure Events: If a force majeure event occurs, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond the control of Ahmad Caravan, resulting in the cancellation of the booking, customers will receive a full refund of the booking payment.

Cancellation by Customer

  • If the customer cancels the booking for any reason, the booking payment will not be refunded.
  • Customers may contact Ahmad Caravan to discuss the possibility of rescheduling their booking to a later date or transferring their booking to another available holiday package, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

Modifications to Bookings

  • Customers may request modifications to their bookings, such as changes to dates or holiday package destinations (Australia or New Zealand), subject to availability and approval by Ahmad Caravan.
  • Any modifications to bookings may be subject to additional fees or charges, which will be communicated to the customer before confirmation.

No-Shows

  • If a customer fails to arrive for their booked caravan rental or holiday package without prior notice, the booking payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
